Celebrate Halloween in Downtown Albany with a family-friendly Trick or Treating and a Costume Contest on Saturday, Oct. 25th.

Trick-or-Treating is 11 am to 1 pm. Just look for the orange and black balloons marking the participating Albany Downtown Association member businesses.
